WORKSHOP // wild natural flower arrangements / Plantarium x Kogo Gallery

Plantarium will invite you to sustainable floristry workshop in Kogo Gallery. During workshop we draw inspiration from the abundance of our rich nature. We journey back to childhood, when a handful of carefully gathered beauty came from flowers, grasses, and gifts growing right then and there in the meadow, by the ditch, in the field, forest, or garden...

A workshop will be held where we teach tips for picking, preserving, and arranging wildflowers. We will talk about the aesthetics of natural flowers, and as a result of the shared workshop, each participant will create their own lush floral arrangement.

For materials, we will use flowers currently blooming in our nature and gardens. Participants are also welcome to bring their own special flowers that they would like to include in the arrangement.

The workshop fee is €35, which covers all necessary materials.

The workshop is part of the public programme of Paweł Matyszewski’s solo show Momentary Organisms. The exhibition is a reflection of Paweł’s creative oeuvre and his love for plants and gardening, as well as a contemplation on environmental and political change.
