Improtheater IMPEERIUM is performing shows with beloved Estonian actors! This time, we bring along VEIKKO TÄÄRI:

You can see on-the-spot sketches, humorous characters, engaging scenes, hit songs, etc. Veikko is a man of many faces who needs no introduction. However, it is interesting to know that he has studied accordion in a music school and physics at the University of Tartu in addition to acting. He holds many titles, including actor, director, host, cafe owner, ski enthusiast, trainer, master of ceremonies, and wedding host. In addition to directing plays at the Estonian Drama Theatre, Vanemuine, Ugala, and other theatres and theatre projects, Veikko is also known for his appearances on television and film.

The magic of improv theatre lies in surprises and it is delightfully witty! The show is perfect for those new to improv.

WHO ARE WE?
 IMPEERIUM's members are professional actors who belong to other Estonian theatre drama troupes or work as freelancers in various theatre, television, and film projects. In addition to actors, IMPEERIUM also has talented musicians and excellent lighting designers who help spread love for improv in Estonia. In improv, no one knows what will happen, but anything is possible! That is why the troupe loves improv in every form:
• We make audiences laugh with two-act shows.
• We provide excitement at private events.
• We ignite the imaginations of interested people in training.
The Latin word 'imperium' means power. We want to conquer the hearts of all Estonians and create another land on the world map filled with the joy of improv, where people value cooperation and creativity, and where the power of imagination reigns!

WHAT IS IMPROV THEATRE? Improvisational theatre is a globally beloved form of theatre where everything is created before the audience's eyes. Performances are improvised, which means that everything happens here and now, without prior agreement - there is no memorized text or pre-written story. Actors ask the audience for keywords and, inspired by them, create exciting scenes, fun sketches, engaging songs, and witty characters. In addition to actors, lighting designers, and musicians also improvise during the show.
Members of the troupe include Actors: Tarvo Krall, Erki Aule, Merilin Kirbits, Maarika Mesipuu-Veebel, Maarius Pärn, Kati Ong (Endla Theatre), Rauno Kaibiainen, Mairi Tikerpalu.
