Redwall Gallery features the watercolor exhibition "Kaasaskantav kodu" (in English: Portable Home) by Mirjam Siim, an artist currently living in Portugal. The exhibition is located on the 2nd floor of Building 2 at Aparaaditehas, within the premises of the Redwall office. The exhibition will remain open until October 30, 2026.

About the Exhibition

The exhibition consists of watercolor paintings that explore Estonian and Portuguese culture, nature, and the artist's sense of belonging to these two places. The artworks address themes of home, identity, and roots from the perspective of an individual living between two distinct cultural spaces.

Mirjam Siim
---
Mirjam Siim is an Estonian-born illustrator and artist based in Portugal. She graduated from the Tartu Art College and has also studied at the Porto University of Fine Arts.
Watercolor is her primary medium of expression, with improvisation and intuition playing an essential role in her creative process. Her work beautifully merges illustration and visual storytelling. She draws inspiration from everyday life, conversations, memories, and her surroundings. Living between two cultural worlds—Estonia and Portugal—is a cornerstone of her creative identity and is frequently reflected in her art as well.

🔑 Admission: Visiting the exhibition is free of charge.
📌 Location: Redwall Gallery is located on the Kastani Street side of Aparaaditehas, Entrance No. 2, 2nd floor.
👋 Opening Hours: You can visit the exhibition during office hours, Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 (except on public holidays). Upon arrival, please call +372 772 3001—the inner door near the painting of the astronauts might be locked. We will gladly let you in to enjoy the exhibition!
