"hello my name is Birgit Kaleva and this is my exhibition. ever since i was little, i wanted to become someone important — back then, i wanted to become a postman so i could ride my bike to everywhere all day long. this idea is no longer appealing since they deliver post by driving a small berlingo and i am not interested in getting behind a wheel. and i just caaaaaaan't be bothered to live an ordinary life as an ordinary person. booooooring. so here is an exhibition about one extraordinary person (ME!) and everything that has shaped me into being so extraordinary."

Birgit Kaleva alias motoerotica (b. 1996) is a freelance artist from Kanepi. Kaleva graduated from the Pallas University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Photography (2024). She has participated in several group exhibitions, unified thematically by explorations of intra-family relationships and growing up in a small town, and by the impact these experiences have on the formation of a young individual’s self-image.

The exhibition is supported by the City of Tartu, the Cultural Endowment of Estonia, Temp ja Taar, Marie Vabamägi, Marju Jalas, Anderson's Brewery.
